Change Your Mind Set

Proverbs 23:7

For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

Would you agree with this statement: the difference between a boss and an employee is the mind set? Think about it...an employee's mind is to come in, do the work for 8 or more hours, then go home. He doesn't care about anything else...just let me do my job and get out. The boss' mind is to find a way to move up. He doesn't want to be the boss of a section, but the company. He is still working the same shift, but smarter and not harder. He is paid to work from the neck up, not neck down.
