We discuss whether we are too stuck in our ways and thus reluctant to let go of the old in order to welcome in the new. You may just want to share your New Year plans with us or seek advice because your plans are not going down to well with friends and/or family.

Or maybe you have initiated changes in your life well before the clock struck midnight on December 31st and want to share your amazing story with us.
