A look at the jobs situation in the United States.  Could it be that there are jobs available but no one qualified to fill them?  Why are African Americans out of work?   Can one man change hundreds of years of disparity?   These are relevant questions that the African-American community must realistically address if there is to be a change in unemployment and poverty in the black community.
