Tom holds a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and has received his post-graduate degree in Chiropractic, graduating cum laude. Tom is also a Certified Nutritional Specialist, Certified Clinical Nutritionist and a Diplomat of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition.

Tom lectures internationally on health, nutrition, anti-aging and fitness. He has been a featured speaker at the first Society of Weight Training and Injury Specialist (SWIS) symposium. Tom has written for and been featured in numerous issues of Muscle Media magazine as well as numerous other health and fitness publications.

Tom’s amazing physique transformation, knowledge and industry status caught the attention of Bill Phillips, renowned fitness authority and author of Body for Life. Tom can be seen in the highly acclaimed Bill Phillips documentary Body of Work.

Tom’s passions include educating students about health and fitness. He stresses the importance of goal setting, hard work and nutrition as a way to enhance peak performance in all areas of life. A staunch anti-drug messenger, Tom warns of the dangers of substance abuse. Tom is also a co-founder of F.A.S.S.T. Camp (Focused Athletic Sport Specific Training), a camp dedicated to helping young athletes reach their potential on and off the field.
