Sarah Khan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition. Afterward, she worked at the University Health Center as a nutrition assistant where she provided nutritional counseling and actively participated in health promotion. She went on to intern at the Michael E. DeBakey Medical Center and completed her Master’s coursework in a combined program with Texas Woman’s University. Sarah has worked as a registered dietitian in several different sectors of nutrition and wellness including hospitals, physician offices and sports clubs. Her primary areas of focus are weight management, medical nutrition therapy and sports nutrition.

Our next guest is Michael Collado. Michael is a Clinical Dietitian based in New York City.
Michael began his formal studies in food and nutrition in 2003, and has since helped many clients achieve their goals of weight loss and living a healthier life. Years ago, while working at a health food store, he made the realization that his true calling was in the field of nutrition.
Currently Michael works in a Medical facility based in Brooklyn, NY. From there he works directly with special needs clients who need the most up to date, cutting edge science to keep them healthy.
Michael enjoys discussing nutrition-related topics and debunking common myths.
