Cendrine Marrouat

Wednesday’s special return guest English and French poet Cendrine Marrouat born in Toulouse, southern France. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English-to-French translation that she received in 2001 from the Université of Toulouse-le Mirail. Cendrine’s poetry is inspired by God and her vision is to reflect her spirituality through poetry. With the intention to encourage, enlighten, and uplift.

Cendrine is also a writer / reporter for the Examiner an online newspaper in which she writes about Canadian Culture & Events. Additionally, she’s a spoken word artist, photographer, published author, blogger, and freelance writer. Marrouat has authored five collections of poetry and a spoken word album: And They All Rejoiced! Soul-Stirring Poetry, Short Poetry for Those Who Fear Death, Sortons des chemins battus. Poésie de l’âme (2006), Project: Heartbeats and Elevation (2009), Rizen (2009), and Five Years And Counting. A Journey into the Mind of Soul Poetry (2010) .

Thought provoking poetry is clearly one of Cendrine’s gifts shared through her poetry, and two plays that she’s written In the Silence of Words and Sound in Mind and Body (2007), of which she’d like to direct one day. I dare say that she will her drive for life and success is contagious…

So, sit back relax have a cup of coffee, tea, or a glass of wine. Enjoy some good conversation, thought provoking poetry & music…
