Keys to Self Confidence, Self Respect, and Respect

Today, I will give tips on how to be more confident, self-respecting, and how to attract more respect from other people. I wrote this as an empath, who was frequently attracting people who wanted to take advantage of me. When trying to brainstorm how I thought I may be contributing to these negative, repetitive, experiences, I came up with this list for my self, and I thought I would share- for those who need to hear it.
