Tonight at 8pm ET on Ernest Radio Network, it's Political Gravity.

What happens to someone when they move away for 20 years or more, and then return to their homeland?  Your host Jane Hoffman has had this happen lately.  She's said, "I am starting to perceive myself as I was in my twenties, a talented distance runner who's literally now surrounded by the same friends I was in the late 70's & early 80's".  Does time and geography change us or remind us who we were, even the better part of ourselves?

Finding your roots is sometimes a lifelong pursuit for those who may have had troubled childhoods, or need to cement to one place or certain people.

All this plus NPR news, music, and more.  Don't miss it.
