Tonight on Beaten Path, your host Jane Hoffman talks about the ongoing Arab Spring.

The Arab Spring is, in part, an accumulation of years of resistance of Western influence, rejection, & compromise.  Mubarak was a hated President for years when Al-Zawari, an internationally know terrorists with Egyptian roots stirred up hatred and helped perpetuate tine Islamic radical movement.  Were the goals of al-Zawari and al Qaeda ever realistic?  Jane will discuss that and also lesser known terrorist incidents like the one in Sweden that occurred in 2010 over an insinuating cartoon.

Jane also delves deeper into the roots of the Taliban, and how they got where they are today.
