Call in to speak with the host
Tonight on The Ernest Experience Radio show, Ernest is joined by Political Gravity & Beaten Path host Jane Hoffman talks about a very intense subject...the death of a child. Jane lost a daughter on Christmas day 20 years ago. She knows all too well what it's like to lose a child, and to lose one around the holidays. Does the grief feel any different when it's a violent loss, opposed to one of natural causes?
Also, where does the line of "having a bad day" being posted on Facebook cross the line of people calling the suicide hotline? This happened to someone on the show tonight - a random Facebook entry was made, then the police are called (from 2 hours away) & take a person out of their home at 6 a.m. on Christmas eve, to a mental hospital. And that's just the beginning. Tune in to hear it all!
Also, we pay tribute to the victims murdered in Newtown, Connecticut, at the end of the show.
