My struggle with Lyme Disease began in 2004 when I began to develop unexplained neurological symptoms. I'm an ultra-distance cyclist and had just finished a 750 mile race in France when I noticed a lot of unexplained psychological things happening. My ADHD was progressively getting worse and I also started having facial spasms, blurred vision, insomnia and the inability to articulate. My endurance also suffered. I am used to training 60 plus hours per week and by 2006 I found myself only able to train 30 minutes per day.

After visiting several doctors and going through extensive testing, I was still left without answers and became resigned to the fact that it was just a part of aging.

A friend suggested that I try Envita. I met with the doctors and was finally diagnosed with Lyme disease. Not only were they able to diagnose me, but they truly understand the impact that Lyme Disease has and were able to educate me. They designed a treatment plan for me and gave me tools to help me stay well.

2011 was the most stressful year of my life and because of the initial treatment and what I was taught at Envita, I was able to remain healthy and without a relapse. Currently, I feel better than I have in years! I am hiking up Aspen Mountain three times a week, ski racing, mountain biking and am currently training to compete again this summer!
