As Technology changes and the world of online advertising keeps pace, your business must keep up. Many small business owners that I speak with are tired of the same information being presented to them in the same sale fashion of which they may or may not fully comprehend. Its my job to make sure you understand where your marketing dollars are going and how to better utilize them for a ROI that you are proud of.
Chad Altier knows business. First taking on property management in high school, Chad has more than 20 years of experience building, operating and managing companies - everything from propane delivery to mobile pressure washing. Like any working professional, his career necessitated a phone, which would prove to be the spark that launched his next business venture.
Back in 2011, Chad was playing baseball with his son. A pop fly landed directly on Chad's phone. When he picked it up and turned it over, he saw a cracked reflection of himself. Chad was all too familiar with this feeling of frustration - his kids had constantly broken phones and other devices. No longer able to take it, he teamed up with a longtime friend to start iDropped.
Remarkably, in less than two years, iDropped developed from an idea to the premier mobile device center with five locations in eastern Pennsylvania, grossing more than $1 million collectively. iDropped is set to open more locations by the end of year, including debuts in two new states - New York and Kansas. The company specializes in Apple and Samsung Galaxy products. Phone repairs are performed within an hour, and other devices are completed within 24 hours.
You know, its never been about fame and fortune for me. I am a proud Wife, Mother, Friend, Aunt, Sister, LPN, Activist, Supporter, Employee, Community Contributor and Citizen. I can never get enough of spreading the word to my community and my nation about how we all need to get involved, make a difference and educate ourselves. My book “Eighteen Brothers and Sisters” was burning inside of me. I knew that by getting my story out, I would be able to touch people and create a platform for many issues. I have had many opportunities to speak to groups about my book; and so many times I get “Thank you for sharing your story about Domestic Violence”, and then other times “Wow, you are spreading the word about education and taking control of your life”. Both issues are very near and dear to my heart. I want people to have hope, to have a dream of something better for themselves-whether they are struggling with abuse and how to take control of their lives- or if they just have a burning desire to contribute.
My radio show came out of a need for more of a consistent public platform. I am on every Monday from 1pm – 2pm, on WMEL 1060 and www.1060WMEL.com .
