EnochSpeaks tackles unpleasant issues regarding the high jail and prison rate of young Black males in America and what can be done to correct this serious situation. "Charity starts at home and spreads abroad along with each one teach one is our battle cry". In today's modern and technology savvy world our children are being left behind with little to no applicable life skills. The civil rights movement must revamp itself into a new and improved educational based and life skill training organization. To ensure that discrimination stays on the ropes we must develop and implement year-round training programs designed to enable our youth to succeed in life. Enoch Hagans is the owner and publisher of the Vision Newspaper and Blogtalkradio and is using the latest in technology to spread the word throughout the minority community that change is here. President Barrack Obama has shown us that with hard work and a good education anything is possible.

EnochSpeaks mission is to save our young Black males from jail, prison, drugs, and death by providing viable alternatives to the parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, churches and other community organizations to enable our children to succeed in life. The leading cause of death for a young Black male between the ages of 15 to 25 is a violent death. More than 50% of black youth drop out of high school in a world that has placed computer technology as a basic requirement for any entry level position. The African-American community must change these numbers in order for our community to thrive successfully.
We cannot depend on President Barrack Obama, or the federal and state governments to help us with our community's problems, we must solve them from within. If our forbearers could survive the horrors of slavery and the severe oppression that followed we can survive through these times also. The adults must set the pace for our children who represent the next generation.
No excuses must be given or accepted for our own short-comings! We must demand excellence from our children and raise the bar for what is expected of them. Our first goal is 100% high school graduation for all Black children with the expressed goal in mind for them to either attend, college, vocational or technical school, Job Corp or the US military.
This episode examines methods parents can use to not only keep their children busy but also provide them with the tools needed for success in life. The YMCA, YWCA, Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers and Big Sisters and other after-school programs. This episode will explain to parents how to get their child/children enrolled in the YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, YWCA, Big Brothers and Big Sisters if they are either a single parent or a family that qualifies as low income.
