I address the subject of potential development from what i consider to be an "enlightened" perspective. By that I mean "enlightened" SELF-INTEREST. That is basically the "Golden Rule". The best way to get what you want and need in life is to find a way to give others what they want and need. The Universal Law of reciprocity - you reap a harvest from whatever seeds you sow - will take care of your wants and needs.We all have various abilities and assets. We just need to start using them in this manner.
