Chris is a lieutenant colonel with in the U.S. Air Force with nearly 18 years of experience leading people and infrastructure programs in the U.S., Europeand the Middle East. He recently completed an assignment as the commander of two engineering units, here in the U.S.and one in the Middle East. Chris holds a civil engineer degree from MichiganStateUniversity, an MBA from ColoradoStateUniversity, and recently earned his Project Management Professional certificate in July 2011 in addition to his Professional Engineer registration. He serves on the National Society of Professional Engineer's national-level Mentoring Task Force, is a routine contributor to NSPE's PE Magazine, and is the author of the "The Engineer Leader" blog www.engineerleader.com. Chris has previously served as a Society of American Military Engineer's Post President.
