  Your Aura A Guide to your Mind

  

  The Aura or human electo-magnetic field is constantly in motion, an attractant and repellant at the same time. Illness is detectable in the aura and personality traits are easily read by most, even without a conscious knowledge of doing so.

  How often have you experienced an instant like or dislike, had a bad feeling or just knew you needed ot be somewhere. These are indidations that you are reading the energy around you, the interpretation is based on your past experiences and current expectations.

  Those who are intuitive can sense your field, your mood, and your general demeanor way before they know, or speak to you. Fabulous huh.

  Those who have practiced interpreting auric energies can take this much further; reading the aura is, ironically, requested by the person you are reading. Associated pictures, names, feelings, events and emotions are presented for interpretation. 

  If I wish to know anything about an individual it is the aura I go to first, this is YOU. No matter what the events in your life or the ones coming up, it is your responses that determine your experiences. Your response is dictated by your beliefs, emotions, past experiences and current desires.

  The colours of the Aura are really visual representations of a single, or group of frequencies, these are represented as patterns of visual and non visual color. 

  Your base aura represents your basic personality, this is without influence or experience and remains constant throughout your life changing very little.

  Your emotional layer overlays, and influences the color qualities of the base layer changing how you see things and showing how your life experiences have affected you by creating readable patterns.

  Your mental layer, overlays and interacts with the emotional layer and determines how you respond to things, this can also present itself in patterns or color combinations that are readable.
  

  Your Astral layer determines your deeper reasoning which can easily conflict with the feelings you gain through experiencing life, but can also encourage a deeper meaning of life or an enlightened response, modified behaviours etc. This is where one would go to find the hidden agenda or deep rooted patterns affecting your life.
  

  There are more layers but these are the one's most commonly worked with when reading and diagnosing the Aura for mental or physical health reasons.

  You would want an Aura Reading when you feel that life is just not going the way you would like, you are creating relationships that are never right for you, when you are dissatisfied with your behaviours in general, plagued by ill health and when seeking greater levels of satisfaction in life, on a path of self development or any situation where you need a deeper level of self awareness to create changes and alter your future.
  

  Once your aura has been read you will gain the opportunity to consciously alter the balance of your experiences so the information gathered in the past becomes a useful tool and not a limiting blockage or deterrant.

  For example a bad relationship can either, make you defensive and fearful of relationships, or teach you to be more discerning in your choice of partner. All challenges leave you with an option of determining your contributing factor to that situation or event, when looked at honestly you are highly unlikely to make that particular mistake or choice again.

  To change your life you simply need to change your mind, the aura is one of the quickest most effective ways to isolate deep and sometimes unrecognized issues gaining you insights into how to change those things you need to.

  Many clients have come to me after trying to change who they are, distraught and worn out, you can not change who you are, so accept who you are and seek instead to balance those aspects of your personality that detract from who you wish to be.

  Chakras in your energy field

  Chakra's unveiling the Mystery

  

  There are many chakra's within the aura, they are the essential connection between the physical and subtle energies. Their influence is extensive, the aura as a whole is a reflection of the energies emitted and admitted here.
  
  A chakra is the centre of an E-Motion, the movement is circular in two directions at the same time, there is an inner and outer wheel if you like. The chakra interacts directly with the body influencing the function and performace of the components that make up the whole of the human energy system and body.
  
  Any chakra has a largly interpretive function, the role of defining the energy that is available and projected to us determines how we will perceive a given situation, and the responses or E-Motions are almost instant, I say almost because sometimes the E-Motion comes before awareness.
  
  They develop at different stages in childhood, when a traumatic event occurs the most developed chakras can become dominant, this will affect the adult development of the personality and how an individual responds to life in general, not just situations.
  
  There are usually considered to be seven main chakras ranging from the head to the groin, I personally always work with a minimum of twelve for a more complete diagnosis or therapeutic application.
  
  Each chakra is represented at the front and back of the body connected in the middle(literally)by an energy column that runs verically from head to foot and beyond.
  
  All chakras fluctuate naturally, though must always be open front and back, this ensures the ability to correctly receive and interpret energetic information.
  
  Healthy chakras promote a healthy body and mind, (vitality and enthusiasm for life reducing illness potential,low energy and a poor immune system)
  
  Balanced chakras encourage appropriate responses and E-Motions, ( Stability within the personality reducing sensitivity, emotional and mental disorders)
  
  Aligned Chakras Determine the ability to motivate a thought through to action including feeling, a connection to the past, and developing a connection to the future,( Confidence and security reducing anxiety)

  Power of Intention

  Potential Explained

  Intention is the key to life, it is the secret to manifestation but in truth it is no secret at all. How do we create something in the physical world, is it really a haphazard collection waiting for us to find it or do we create a pattern of energy which will fit beautifully into the corresponding pattern of reality like a jigsaw puzzle.
  
  Intention is the conscious development of undirected source energy, intention alters the flow of energy which then directs atoms into orderly patterns of motion or more accurately a co-operative sympathetic unity.
  
  It is at this point that potential to transform into a recognizable pattern is realized. It is also at this point that if the intention is not maintained the form dissipates or returns to its chaotic state.
  
  Once a flow is initiated the potential outcomes are numerous so it is important to maintain a clear intention if you wish to manifest clearly and accurately that which you envision.
  
  To create, your intention must have a corresponding desire. This desire does not create the intention, it empowers it. When 2 or more individuals have the same intention and at the same time really want the result they would be unstoppable in achieving their aim.Yet the desired outcome may vary for each individual, for example in a business relationship partner 1 may desire to make a lot of money, partner 2 may desire to have job satisfaction, they both intend to make the business a success.
  
  Back to intention, the dictionary describes intention as 1.any plan of action,design, or purpose
  2. any goal or objective which quides some action.
  
  In short for an intention to be an intention it needs to have a plan of action or a resulting action to bring it toward its potential outcome. Let me be clear, without action there is no intention you just have a desire which without intention becomes wishful thinking or worse, fantasy.
  
  An intention will bring you opportunities, this is what is commonly referred to as the law of attraction, often these opportunities go by without acknowledgement because they may not come in the form you envisioned. Every missed opportunity is just that a miss.
  
  A quality intention needs to have certain elements to become manifest. Desire, Intention to guide action(opportunity), and then an openness to the form in which your opportunities arrive. Too often we place conditions on how we will manifest on the planet, and correspondingly too often there is a sense of failure in one's ability to manifest what one desires.
  
  Confused manifestations are the result of intentions with conditions or expectation that are not conducive to the manifestation. i.e. if your job is not satisfactory and you know it will not improve, you can intend to change your job but refuse to accept an initial pay drop. your initial intention is immediately altered and becomes wishful thinking because of an unwillingness to take action when an opporutnity arrives. remember, if it is dissatisfaction that drives your need for change, then your only true intention can be satisfaction.

  Crystal Meditation

  This meditation encourages a complete invitation to consciously accept a frequency other than your own into your energy field. You would want to do this if you are looking for expansion, or want to utilize the qualities of the specific crystal frequency.

   

  Often having a crystal within the energy field does very little to alter the overall balance as you may naturally only allow a limited access. Working with crystal frequencies can be very beneficial in healing the body, mind balance and emotional stability. Consciously accepting an expansion of frequencies available to you makes it possible to provoke changes within your energy system and gain rapid results.

   

  Select the crystal you want to work with, you can choose a crystal intuitively ie allow yourself to be drawn to it, or you can choose a crystal specifically for the properties it carries. Clear Quartz for example increases your ability to have a clear mind, receive information, cut through to reality. You can also have a clear intention and then select a crystal that would be most helpful in the current situation
  

   

  Get comfortable, holding your crystal in either hand. Breath in 5 nice deep breaths inhaling through the nose, exhaling through the mouth. Relaxing with each breath feeling the crystal in your hand.

  Focus on your heart centre in the middle of your chest, expand the energy in this area drawing it up to the shoulders and then down your arm, through the elbow and into your hand and into the crystal. breathing evenly all the while.

   

  After a few moments you will feel the energy of the crystal ignite in your hand, spreading from your palm to each of your fingers, the vibration running up your arm, and back into your heart centre.

  
  

  Allow all your consiousness to focus on the crystal and in your minds eye see it expand and grow, growing until it becomes as large as you are and you become engulfed inside the crystal, this is a wonderful feeling totally surrounded by the wonderful frequency being imparted by the crystal until you feel completely at one. Cycle 10 complete breaths and relax

  
  

  Allow the  energy to flow out the bottom of your feet and deep into the earth, as the crystal seeks its companion energies in their natural state. the energy flows down until you feel beneath your feet a pushing up of energy that comes up through your soles and up your legs back up into your heart centre, where these collective energies flow uninhibited throughout your body and energy field. cycle 10 complete breaths and relax

   

  Take a moment to just enjoy the sensations, if you have a question now is the time to ask, or just remain open to anything that comes your way, vision, sound, feeling, relax and accept

  
  

  Bring your focus back to the crystal drawing the overall energy back down into your hand, knowing that with the completion of this meditation you are now well connected with the earth source of the crystal energy, maintaining that connection as long as you feel is necessary.
  

  
  

  feeling the crystal in your hand bring your focus back into the room and cycle 10 complete breaths relax. you might want to take a bit of time to right down any experiences you gained.
