I had to finally sit down & listen to my tapes of my court hearing.

I will be playing them back to explain exactly what went on, & what was said or not said.

It is important to note I was not allowed to enter any of my own evidence, or even refute any of theirs, I did not get any of my expert witnesses, & none of my witnesses were ever notified or sent subpeona's. My standby counsel's investigator didn't even contact people til the day of or before the trial.

All of my jurors were upper middle class violent crime victims who were prior law enforcement & or freinds & family to local area judges or law enforcement. They were also all caucasian, & not even close to my socio-economic class. In other words they no where near a "Jury of my peers"

This kangaroo court lasted almost 2 days but as I said before the way that the codes are written I never stood a chance of winning, but you will now hear exactly what I went through, most of what I was saying were things I was trying to preserve for appeal, on August 8th 2012 my appeal will be heard in Superior Court, so at some point I will now if I will have to go to the Washington State Appellate courts or not.
