December 31, 2016 on "NU Day"                                                        KUUMBA & IMANI Moving in the Spirit of Creativity and Faith                                        The National MWM/Universal Movements is "ON THE MOVE" and preparing to launch several new and powerful initiatives in 2017 to fight and obtain real Freedom and Justice for our People and in that to better protect and defend our women, girls, and elders. MWM will focus and place an even more emphasis on self-determination work and actions for the advancement of our families and communities nationwide. MWM is now implementing some of the things that are necessary to rebuild our (Black/African) communities. Part of this is a "cleansing and healing" process for our People and communities. Clearly we must expose and rid ourselves of people who call themselves and/or have been deemed as a leader or suppose to be representing in best interest of our People. First up. Elder Abuse.  Hear what's going on with a well known elder in NY, QM Blakely and how she is being emotionally, financially, and politically abused.  AND: Hear a Special Report from community activist and human rights advocate, Bro. Ricky Jason, about a well known person in Houston,TX who is reported to have swindled thousands of dollars from Black folks in needed help. We will also hear some of the accusers who work to get the stories of the victims out to the masses and to get JUSTICE.  ALSO:  A 10 year old little Sister was hit in the month by a cop in WI during a Community Food distribution activity.
