Very interesting topic, job well done Felicia.Up until recently my idea of happiness was at best ambiguous.However I started asking myself, what do you really want and what makes you feel good.You nailed it when you said that the answer lies within us. Also living in the momment really resonated with me, it tells me that i should and can deal with certain issues head on and not hide or run away from the emotion (stay in the momment). Good stuff!
