Change Your Story - Change Your Results!

    T

Today on Empowering Stories Radio, Janet White, author of Secrets of the Hidden Job Market, asks me how the story you tell yourself creates the results you get when looking for a job.

What we talked about applies to job seeking/finding and to other aspects of your life.

When you tell yourself a story that the economy is bad or that you’ll never find a job in this market, then you give off signals that say, “Don’t hire me.”

When you tell yourself the story that everyone betrays you, what happens is that you create situations in which you feel betrayed by people.

If you’re a seeker, then you’re always looking for something – but NOT finding it. Janet teaches people to talk about being job FINDERS.

Enjoy this call and tell me what you like best about it.

Be sure to write and ask me about the seminar, “Finding the Message in Your ‘Mess.”.
