EXCELLENT SHOW! I love especially the part where Robin talked about making each and every person feel special. You know, you can do this with any aspect of life when you're building relationships whether it is a business lunch or personal relationships. I have Robin on tour this month at Pump Up Your Book Promotion and even though that's where I met her, I've had many emails with her back and forth and you know, she made ME feel special many, many times. This interview was excellent, Ronda.
