#8 of #13 Drama chaos and excitement as "normal"

Today is program #8 in our 13 part series on learning to identify some common characteristics of those who hail from various backgrounds of trauma/drama and dysfunction. 

Todays topic? We'll be taking a look at how hard it can be to learn to live in peace and acceptance; how we've often learned that chronic drama and excitement becomes our normal, that calm and quiet can be a signal of bad things to come and some empowering solutions to enable us to learn to love "peace and quiet".
