Until recently, when people would ask me "Do you believe in God?", I would reply "Of course!".

But then the conversation went on...

"Do you read His Word?" - "I know some stories but mainly through religion class."
"Do you pray?" - "Every time I get in trouble."
"Do you praise?" - "Say what now?"

Now when people ask me "Do you believe in God?", I still reply "Of course!".

And as the conversation goes on...

"Do you read His Word" - "Every day."
"Do you pray?" - "Every day."
"Do you praise?" - "Every day."


About a year ago, I made the decision to go on a journey with God. And at times, it feels like I'm still at the start although I know I have walked my share of miles. I've also had my share of doubts and setbacks but I rejoice in the fact that I'm still here.

Starting this blog is a major step for me and I would like to welcome and thank all of you who are taking the time to read my words. The Lord showed me that it was time for me to grow and move forward in my faith by reaching out to people who are the way I used to be: scared. Scared to grow in their faith, scared to seek a relationship with God, scared of what people might think if they do, scared of being judged for not being perfect, ....

The little story I shared in the beginning shows how I evolved as a Christian. Now I need to make sure you all understand that this transformation did not happen overnight and it surely isn't completed yet. It takes time and effort but please, do not be discouraged! In fact, the main reason I'm writing this blog is to help people find God and build a relationship with Him by not overwhelming them but by providing them with small steps they can take to reach that goal.

It is a journey, not a race so let's take our time and embark upon it together.
