Hello Everyone:

After returning from StomerNetLive8, I was struck by the optimism and tenacity of the entrepreneurs there. I hope that you can add that to your business as I intend to add it to mine.  The other thing that struck me was that they were attuned to their learning and growth.  That makes them the asset, and not JUST the product.  Laurel and I want you to be more than an Ardyss Rep, Coordinator, Manager or even President.  We want you to be the owner of your business.  When you realize that you are the asset, and not your product, you will be on the way.  We are training you to improve as we are striving for improvement ourselves.  What I love about our indudstry is that we are allowed and expected to grow into leaders.
