Sonja is a branding and visibility coach and is also a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Thai bodyworker, Shiatsu and massage therapist, Reiki level 1 practitioner and a certified holistic health coach, so she knows her stuff!  Sonja also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Outdoor Education and is deeply connected to nature and all the abundance that it provides as well as the peace and wellbeing that come along with the Earth.  

Sonja helps her clients find and create a standout brand and message that is unique to them and their life through a signature system that is a journey of self discovery, self love, healing and tapping into the creative spirit that we all posses. There is nothing more enriching than connecting with clients, supporting and assisting them in standing out among what can be a very homogenous industry and watching them grow, expand and transform!
