Dr. Baker returns to EMPact Radio to discuss the implications of the first national exercise (NDU) on national power grid outage caused by solar storms (which can also be caused by EMP). If you’re unable to call in with your questions during the live broadcast, email them in advance to radio@empactamerica.org and we’ll pass them along to Dr. Baker so that he can answer them during the show.
