Although the “side-chick” concept is nothing new. Countless movies, songs and television shows have showcased the topic for decades. But to a certain degree in this era, it has become socially acceptable.
What we have found is that there is social etiquette for being a side chick. The Friday before Valentine’s Day has been deemed national “Side-Chick” day.
So, why is that we as woman find it ok, acceptable and settle to be the side chick and not the main chick?
