Nat'l Boost Your Self-Esteem (Youth Edition) on EYF Broadcast

Poor self-esteem, or lack of belief in one's self, is everywhere. It's one of the most difficult issues that people face in life, mainly with youth due to all the peer pressure that they experience in their day to day lives. What does self-esteem mean to them? Why is it so important to be with the "IN" crowd ? How do you get self-esteem? Is self-esteem easy to change? Does self-esteem mean being self-centered or stuck up? What will drag a person's self-esteem down? These are questions that I'm sure we are going to get the right answers too for this month as we recognize our last week of February being Nat'l Boost Your Self Esteem Month. This week is Youth Edition week where we will be talking to youth, teens, and young adults regarding Self-Esteem issues that they face in this society and what are they doing to make a positive impact on their lives instead of the negative.
