Over the last few years we’ve hear a lot about bankers and their deeds. Our guest today brings us a balance perspective as someone who not only has been a senior bank manager, but also a serial entrepreneur and customer of the major banks. Baldo Minaudo is a management consultant with an extensive career working in management positions with large corporations as well as working with independent business providing strategic, financial and marketing expertise. During his time as a commercial banker he faced many interesting situations that presented a challenge for his core values and true nature. It was these situations that started Baldo in exploring the relationship between entrepreneurs, corporations, employees and humanity. His book ‘The Banker Who Saved His Soul’, in addition to providing some great insight into the workings of banks gives a real 360 degree view of these relationships and the impact on our society.
