Congruency being the alignment of thought with spirit, emotions and behavior. Everyone is told to think positive but few explain how to accomplish this. Fact is, you cannot force yourself to think positive. Thoughts come up spontaneously. What you can do however, is set the environment to increase the likelihood of spontaneous positive thoughts.
