The Blessings of Gangs

Many look at gangs as simply dope-peddling killers. Gangs are actually a blessing in disguise. It's like seeing a Bentley going 100 mph towards a brick wall. Do you want to destroy the Bentley or dismantle it because it is headed in the wrong direction? Or do you steer it into the right direction and have it bring you where you want to go. The gangs have many elements that are useful: Unity, Organization, and Community amongst themselves. They just need to be "steered" into the right direction, and they can bring our communities to phenomenal heights. What do you think?
