Two weeks ago we aired, "Can Slander and Tactics of Character Assassination Move the Political Agenda Forward" (www.blogtalkradio.com/elevate-the-soul or visit http://www.koigroup.com/elevatethesoulradio.html). The answer was a resounding no! What we find is that humanity continues to vibrate from its’ animal nature (Survival Beings) ruled by the body and senses as opposed to the reason and divinity that resides within each. Something greater than all of us holds all of us together and it just might be that “something” that will be necessary to bring us out from the motivators of war, greed, hatred, selfishness and destruction. We must put aside our petty differences and transform this world through love, freedom, justice and peace. I decided to not buy into the stereotyping and blaming and instead see for myself what the responses are from political candidates. The show will be live from the Frederick Douglass Foundation’s Leadership Summit http://www.frederickdouglassfoundation.com where a number of Republican candidates seeking office will be in attendance. Democracy in name only is a joke. All forms of government of human beings have been tried on this earth, except—a real democracy – of the people, for the people, by the people. A few voices cannot continue to dictate the quality of our lives. Whatever you may think, what we see on the Hill is a direct reflection of who we are. This will not change until we understand the democracy of self-government. I can’t justify war, murder, destruction, or any other tool being used to suppress people, lord over people or to victimize people. Join us and weigh in. Many of you voted to get exactly what we have in the offices now. It is your responsibility to hold them accountable as you stop playing armchair politics and become engaged as a citizen in the plan for “real democracy” under a constitution that says that we were all created equal and have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
