    Do You Know What Time It Is

    It's time to rise people - knowledge is the key - to be freed from their mental slavery, which is tens times worst than physical - they got us competing against one another - gaging our self worth in materials.

    Prison, became my sanctuary from the madness of this society - where I came to see that I was being spoon fed deception until there was no distinction between fiction and reality.

    I think the more educated people get in this country, the more stupid they become - explain how in the eighties the United States declared a war on drugs and the prices drop with the products becoming more assessable.

    It's all a set up of deception by the wicked forces of evil - I'm a sinner and I'ma die a sinner, but I'm here to tell you that there's nothing holy or righteous about these people.

    The writings on the wall - so which way you gonna run when the bombs come - God bless America - a nation who's national and international policies are morally bankrupt - its priorities are screwed up.

    It can find the scientific, technological, and financial resources to build space ships and weapons - but it cannot, or should I say chooses not - to provide food, shelter, and health care for its poor and elderly citizens.

    Who started terrorism? - this land - is a land where millions of natives were officially massacred and relocated - today - these same native maybe make up 1% of the population.

    The dynamics of capitalism are so complex - they got us bling blinging and booty shakin to the rhythm of our own death - I'm black and I'm proud - but I can't help my people by being prejudice.

    I'm an intergranationalist - that's hood fabulous - using every ounce of talent that I have been blessed with to enlighten the ignorant - who can't just be cast off and forgotten like garbage.

    What! - must I keep reminding you that I was once hardcore crack addicted - my teachers - were trouble, difficulty, and hardship - I met deception at an early age - from the numerous foster parents I was placed with - through state family, children, and youth services.

    The time has come for those of us - who have succeeded - and are conscious - to use our collective power - to raise those who are still struggling - and are willing ready to destroy the self defeating mentality - which in terms means - grasping the fundamental dimensions of our situation and developing strategies structures to uplift our communities.

    I could go on for days about what was done to my ancestors and the psychological manipulation we're being assaulted with now - but if I'm not ready to put my life on the line and actively participate in the solution - then I'm just blowing smoke up your ass - accomplishing nothing but wasting time.

    Call me crazy - I'ma call you stupid back - I've been blessed with the same spirit that motivated Medger Evers, Dr. King, and Malcolm X

    Because you understand everything - your not standing at all - once you come from under to over - only then will you see a different picture on the other side of the wall.

    I can see clearly now the rain is gone - I can see all obstacles in my way.

    Before there's any unity - a collective consciousness of awakening against the adversary must be in sink like a rhythm is to a melody.

    There are thousands of black people that are highly successful - but all the media wants to plague you with are athletes, rappers and criminals.

    We once were - and still are - victims of opportunistic, insensitive, and greed driven values - just to end up adopting the same mentality and using it against each other.

    Death aint no stranger in the hood - everybody knows somebody who's been murdered - the klu klux klan were brutally vicious towards my ancestors - but today - it's black faces that's doing all the killing.

    Talk about psychological warfare at it's finest - is when your enemy has you believing he's serving your best interest - when in actuality - he's setting you up to be slaughtered

    Corporate economics requires the existence of a under nourished, half educated, working class - it now feeds off the labor exploitation of felons within the criminal justice system - through prison factories, halfway houses, and work release programs.

    Why give you a job - when they can pay me pennies - because I'm up sh#ts creek without a paddle - all this sh#t is strategically designed deceitfully - but you can't see through the intricate mazes of bureaucratic and political propaganda.

    A long habit of not thinking a thing wrong gives it a superficial appearance of being right - the only way a capitalist system can operate - if they suck the blood out of people like you and I.

    Do you know how much this country spends on foreign aid while people right here are starving - Africa - is the most fertile continent on the planet - but instead of them cultivating it to benefit the whole world - they rape, rob, pillage, and plunder all of irs natural resources.

    Two, four, six, eight, ten years of college is certification that you've obtain the neccesary education to become a good slave or slave driver --- unless you flip the script on them.

    I don't have a piece of paper to confirm my aquired knowledge - a street scholar - who follows no one but the creator - and it's to him - I give all the glory and power.

    Samuel Adams once said " It do not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate tireless minorty - keen to set the brush fires in the minds of men," - the revolution - starts in the mind - they say that Jesus was the prince of peace - then why is he coming back on a horse with a sword in his hand.

    Dr. King said - "We are gravely misled if we think the struggle will be won by prayer only - God who gave us minds for thinking and bodies for woking - would defeat his own purpose - if he permitted us to obtain through prayer what may come through work and intelligence."

    I AM HIP HOP - and I won't flip flop - it's only a matter of time berfore they kill me or lock me up - but guess what - I aint gonna never shut up - because I'm a gangster - going all out against the forces of oppression.

    Always remember - it doesn't matter what I may say or think - it's your personal duty - to reseach, study, and decide
    rather not it's fact or fiction - I give you a perspective of my perception - which may be a little twisted - but all for righteous reasons.

    In conclusion, - I"ll leave you with this one last statement - "blood maybe - the only detergent that you can clean this type of dirt with."
