Well, New Orleans is a thriving city an area of several hundred thousand people. The entire metropolitan area encompasses 1.3 million people. If you can imagine it is the hustling center of Louisiana, for business. However, not everyone in New Orleans and the metro are of Louisiana Creole roots, but the heart of the metropolitan areas still remains centered around the French Quarter, and the 7th Ward (both Creole historical areas). With this said, on this show the owners of World Famous N'awlins Cafe' & Spice Emporium (in the French Market), Tambourine Green and her husband will talk about their business and the generations of Nawlin Creoles in their family.
