Part 1 What it means to be Psychic – Paying Attention.

Introduction to The Everyday Psychic – A little information about myself and what I hope to achieve from these monthly shows.  The background music is supplied by Nino Palazzolo (Musicexpress.ca).

What does it mean to be psychic? A brief explanation and differentiation between psychic and mediumship

Who has this ability? The two schools of thought about whether certain individuals have the “gift” or whether we all have the ability and can develop our skills further (I am of the opinion we are all born this way but society conditions us to ignore our intuition).

Benefits of having a strong sense of intuition or developing our skills?

How can we improve or develop our intuition and psychic abilities? – A stressing point of paying attention to ourselves, and our environment and how we can practice in our everyday lives.

Music break – supplied by Adrienne Murphy an intuitive medium, healer and musician Adriennemurphy.com Adrienne also has a fan page on Facebook for her music and reverberation page. – Adrienne is unsigned and her music is unlicensed and written by herself. A very dear friend.

The importance of keeping a journal.

Meditation – designed to use the listener’s visualisation and attention to detail.

Conclusion – Everyone has the ability to tap into the part of the brain that we use for intuition and psychic activity.  The benefits of this are countless.  The first important step is learning to pay attention to our bodies and environment now, through keeping track of these experiences and through meditation we will be able to develop these skills further.
