Range of motion (ROM) usually decreases when you’ve had an injury or surgery.
However there are times when you can have decreased ROM and it’s not related to an injury or surgery. Emotional chemicals can store in certain parts of your body and as a result inhibit range of motion. Sometimes there is neither an injury nor an emotional upset of any kind, but there is a stiffness or tightness that is inhibiting ROM.
Join your host, Stacey Vornbrock, the Sports Performance Pioneer, as she discusses in-depth these three issues that decrease range of motion and what you can do to regain your full movement.
Stacey has pioneered the use of EFT with range of motion issues and has helped hundreds of professional and amateur athletes increase their ROM by as much as 60% or greater. Her breakthrough Injury and Surgery Recovery Program has helped many non-athletes fully recover their ROM.
Stacey Vornbrock, M.S. is pioneering the use of EFT with professional and amateur athletes to release mental, emotional, physical, and mechanical blocks on the cellular level. She is recognized as a leading expert in the use of EFT with sports performance and is the author of nine Breakthrough Performance Sports Manuals as well as ebooks for non-athletes.
