All kids have anxiety at one time or another in their lives.  But do they have to keep having it?!   We can help kids be and feel their best by teaching them how to overcome challenges, along with the anxiety they typically bring, using powerful energy tools.  Steve Wells joins us on TappingStar, and shows us how to apply these tools to overcome the anxieties kids face during different stages in their growth cycle.

You’ll learn how to use Simple Energy Techniques (SET), developed by Steve & Dr. David Lake, to help your child to overcome worries and fears about night time, social anxiety, upsets at school, and performance anxiety. Teaching your child a few simple strategies can empower them for life. And what's more important than that?  60 minutes can change your child's whole outlook, and of course, results,so be sure to tune in July 12th.

Steve Wells is an internationally recognized psychologist and peak performance expert, based in Perth, Australia.  He's also a leading edge researcher and developer in the Energy Psychology field; together with Dr. David Lake, he  developed the Simple Energy Techniques (SET).  Previously, he worked for the Western Australian Department of Education, helming two centers for children with severe social, emotional and behavioral problems, and continues to consult to educators and teachers.  Steve is co-author, with Dr. David Lake, of Enjoy Emotional Freedom, New Energy Therapies, and a co-author with Jo Weise, of Rose and the Night Monsters, a children's book on EFT.
