How can you achieve deep, transformative healing of severely painful experiences? Working with serious trauma requires a gentle approach, otherwise the therapy itself can be retraumatising. Matrix Reimprinting changes the picture of the past so the emotional legacy of even extreme acts of human behaviour can be transformed.

In this show, Annabel will be interviewing Caroline Rolling, who took part in a 2010 study in Sarajevo that looked at the effectiveness of Matrix Reimprinting in reducing levels of PTSD in a small group of concentration camp survivors.  This is undoubtedly a story of joy, and the experiences and lessons from the study are helpful to all who want to work with survivors of trauma.

About Caroline:  Caroline Rolling is an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Trainer and Practitioner.  She came across the techniques after years of living with debilitating symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and trauma and experienced rapid relief.  Caroline loves helping others transform their lives too and specialises in ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia in one-to-one sessions, workshops and her ‘Redefine Your Life’ Courses. Caroline is passionate about relieving the stress and fears of dependants in the armed forces. You can learn more about Caroline at http://www.eftandmatrixtraining.com/.

Annabel Fisher used EFT to go from being exhausted, in pain, and wheelchair-bound with severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, to being vibrant, pain-free, and healthy. She has used her EFT and NLP training to help hundreds of people struggling with chronic illnesses to go from managing symptoms to living at their fullest potential.
