EFT for Vets - Ingrid Dinter

Joining me today will be EFT Practitioner Ingrid Dinter. Ingrid Dinter is an interfaith minister and EFT coach from Hopkinton, NH. She specializes in helping Veterans and their families heal from the trauma of war with Emotional Freedom Techniques. Ingrid has studied and filmed with Gary Craig, the owner of EFT. She has developed EFT4Vets, a unique training program for EFT practitioners and has written many articles about her work. Today, Ingrid will share some insights about EFT4Vets. We will talk about gaining trust and rapport, and some ways to help release the intensity of past memories without tuning into them first. And we will do some creative and positive tapping on issues that are almost always present for military families, and can help them prepare for their loved one to come home.
