Parent Talk Live is Back.  Welcome to our first show of the new year 2012 and after a long break, we are back and ready.

On our first show will have Toni A. Smith, Executive Director, IN REACH, Inc. a youth centered organziation with a mission. In Reach fulfills its mission through a combination of efforts organized in three core strategic areas - advocacy, outreach and public engagement; direct services; and special initiatives - to:

• Engage students in academic-based programs and opportunities,
• Advocate for the improvement of all systems affecting children and youth particularly public education, and
• Create forums for interested parties serving children, youth and their families, to share in the exchange of ideas and information.

Our second guest is Cynthia Hammond Davis, author of "If I Knew Then, What I Know Now" a book to help parents of collge bound students understand the finanical aid maze.
