Paul interviews Lance Izumi of the Pacific Research Institute about his book 'Obama's Education Takeover'.  Paul has been saying for two years that the Obama administration has been 'federalizing' America's public education system Now Lance Izumi says just that in his book 'Obama's Education Takeover. Lance Izumi of the Pacific Research Institute for Public Policy, a think tank in San Francisco  and Sacramento, California discusses his book 'Obama's Educational Takeover'. Paul Has been saying for years that the federal government wants to completely control public education in all 50 states.  From the beginnings of the Civil Rights Movement in the 1950s and 60s, the passage of the Civil Rights ACT of 1964, No Child Left Behind (NCLB), 2001 to Obama's 'Race to the Top' .  Over the last 3 years the Obama administration has managed to nearly federalize all public school with Race to the Top.  while everyone was fighting over heath care no one was paying attention the US Department of Education and the President as they worked behind the scenes to takeover America's Public Schools.
