Join Cathryn for this live conversation with Sean Meshorer, author of The Bliss Experiment: 28 Days to Personal Transformation.

"We have a higher standard of living and more ways to instantaneously fulfill every desire than ever before. So why are we unhappy? Because happiness isn’t what we really want. Happiness alone is fleeting and not deeply transformative. Bliss is complete and constant, a spiritual state where happiness, profound meaning, and enduring truth converge. It makes people more successful, better able to see and seize opportunities, and build or improve relationships."

Join Cathryn and Sean and hear all about this amazing experiment which was based on a successful seminar taught by Sean, is backed by over 300 scientific studies, and consiss of exercises that have worked, time and again, for people from all walks of life.

Sean has a degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Stanford University. After graduation, for fifteen years, he lived in a yoga ashram and community in Northern California, where he received extensive instruction in meditation and spiritual practice. While living in the ashram, for the last nine years, he was also CEO of book publishing house and record label that specializes in Personal Development and Eastern Religion books and recordings. He is a certified meditation and yoga instructor and an ordained minister for a non-denominational organization that emphasizes the essential unity of all religions. He lives in Los Angeles with his partner, Brook Cassady, a well-known yoga and meditation instructor.

Meet Sean on Monday, June 11, 6pm at Valley Booksellers in Stillwater, MN, and Tuesday, June 12, 7pm at Bookcase on Lake Street in Wayzata, MN.
