That is not the biblical model of leadership,. Godly leaders serve those in their care. Each one of us is a leader at some level. Whether we are corporate leaders or family leaders (a parent, guardian, or even an older sibling), we all have a circle of influence. God wants to show His love and care of humanity through us. He calls us to be godly leaders, gladly serving those entrusted to us.
