Having young children while struggling to makes ends meeting in New York City is no excuse for not achieving your dream. So says Grey's Anatomy star Chandra Wilson. "I sat in my living room one day and said, 'I need something that pays overnight that's temporary. Overnight because my daughter could sleep anywhere, but it's hard having someone take care of your kid during the day. So let me look for something overnight that pays the most money, the actor tells Find Your Spark host Tisha Berg. "That way I can audition during the day and have my gig at night so I didn't have to ask my parents to pay my rent. So don't let what you think you see in the mirror be a deterrent in going forward."
