Earth Angels Radio  

I would like to talk to you about Body Images. We all have this wonderful image set in your minds of how we want to look and how we see ourselves being.

A few years back, in 1998 I ran across a magazine that talked about the Body For Life Challenge. I knew right then I was going to do it and I did. I started out a size 12 and ended a size 6. I thought I did very well and felt great. But, things didn't stop there for me they were just getting started.

I went on to become a personal trainer. One day, a trainer at the gym I worked at came up to me and said, " Would you like to start working out with my partner and I?" I knew this was a chance of a life time so I jumped on. I said, "YES". This trainer we will call Lee, was into body building. He trained women to compete.

I was so excited about this opportunity but I had no idea what I was into. I thought I worked out before, I was wrong. The first day with the guys I went home and crawled back into bed begging for just five minutes of rest. It happened more then once over the years. I would get up at 5:30 am 6 days a week and start my cardio before they arrived. I only worked out 4 days with them but 6 days with myself. Some nights if I wasn't working a job ( I had two jobs) I would be back in the gym doing more cardio.

We worked out hard and focused. I had guys come up to me and ask me how could I do all of this. I was leg pressing 1000 lbs at 10 reps at 2 sets, bench pressing over 225 4 reps at 2 sets, arm curling 45's 10 reps at 3 sets, doing squats at 225 or more 10 reps, and it went on. One day we did squats for one hour, 10 sets of 100 reps at 90 lbs. It was all mental. The mind wanted to stop but the body could do anything.

The best thing about this was "I loved every minute of it." I couldn't get enough. The more I did the more I wanted. I went at this pace for over three years every week. I didn't let anything come between me and my workouts. I was doing this for me. I thought!!!!

I was eating 6 small meals a day. I did have a cheat day and I used it like nothing else. I was faithful to myself about eating on my "on" days. But, no matter how much I worked out or ate healthy every time I looked in the mirror all I could see was fat around my belly. My belly was my weak area. Having a flat stomach and AB's was my dream.

I was now a size 2 but I couldn't understand why I only saw fat when I looked in the mirror. I knew that there was something wrong with me inside. I knew that I had to change the way I looked at myself. I knew that no matter what I did my body would never be good enough with the image I had in my mind. I knew my body wouldn't be able to go at this pace forever so I had to see what was happening to me and fix it.

This set my on a journey of the inner work I needed. Over the next few years I started looking inside and doing the inner work that I needed to do. I did cut way back on working out but I normally ate healthy. In fact I became a vegetarian. I did gain a few pounds. I realize that all these things that I have put my body through over a life time, working out like mad and all the diets that mankind came up with plus my own I was abusing my body.

I decided that I needed to love my body and to be grateful for all the things it gave to me. To forgive myself of wanting my body to be an image that there was no way it was capable of being. I had too high of expectations for my body. Now, the thought of doing what I did back then makes me sick to think about doing it again. I won't. I love my body and I won't do that again to her. I know if I eat healthy, and exercise in a moderate way my body will be what it needs to be

Take a look and be honest with yourself are you holding an unrealistic Body Image in your mind? Are you holding any kind of unrealistic image in any area of your life. If you are is it your image or someone else's image of who you are to be? Start becoming aware of the images you hold for yourself in every area of your life. Are these images true for you or unrealistic? Get in touch with the true image of who you truly want to be. Having a clear picture in your mind of who you truly are is the first step in success.

It's time to play! Didn't you just love recess when you were a kid? It was my favorite part of the day during school. I would bet if you asked any school aged child about their day they would share with you about their recess more then any other part of their day.

Someone in history came along and told a lie that when you are an adult you can't play anymore.

That your job now is to work hard if you want to get ahead. There isn't any time in your life now to play. I don't even know who came up with this word "adult". What does that really mean? I don't know about you but this doesn't apply to me.

I tried being the adult for many years. Working 2 jobs most of my life, raising a family, helping with careers, bills, and the house. I am sure my kids would tell you I wasn't always fun. (Believe that one)

It wasn't until all of this was taken away from me that I had to learn how to play. Real child's play....not the adult kind were you are off partying all the time. There is nothing wrong with partying but true child's play is different. When is the last time you went to the park and played? I love to swing and I even have my puppy swing with me.

One thing I learned about playing is it lifts your spirit. It helps you to clear away all the negative energy around you and makes you feel alive. By playing and being more playful you will find that the answers to situations will come flowing to you much easier. Rather than sitting at a desk beating your head to find answers. Playing opens us up to the natural flow of life's energy. The more you play the more your life will be filled with magic.

The next time your child or pet brings you a toy to play. Drop what you are doing and get down on the floor and play. It isn't just for them it is a sign for you that you need more play in your life. I have had many people even teens tell me "I don't know how to play?" Many people don't. Some examples.... go to the park, go to the toy department and check out all the toys, invite friends over and play games or cook together, go for a walk or bike ride just for fun ( don't focus on working out), build a tent in the living room, go on a picnic..........Get creative and do things that will be fun and lifts your spirit, and do them often!

Life is meant for us to play and have fun. We live on the biggest playground in the universe. Let's get out there and have some real fun. I need more playmates.

There is much talk about this book  called “A New Earth by Eckart Tolle”  In the beginning of the book he mention’s “not everyone is ready.”

This is so true but on my journey of awakening it happened without me, being ready. You see when God calls you can’t hang up the phone. I know I tried. It was my time and I am part of this “New Earth”.

I am 48 years old and my awakening started in 1993. I was 34 at the time, living in Germany with my military husband and two children. I loved living in Germany. Life was great.

The early part of 1993 my husband came  home and told me he had orders to leave Germany. The army was transferring him to Colorado and we were leaving Germany in June. The moment he told me it felt like a knife went into me. I had never been to Colorado and I knew in that moment that I couldn’t go there. I knew if I went to Colorado my life was going to change. Big time!!!!

I never thought of myself as being 'gifted'--more as being 'cursed'. I knew things, saw things and could hear things that others couldn’t. I knew that many people truly couldn’t see or hear. I never thought anymore about this until this day when I knew I couldn’t go to Colorado. It was a feeling of death for me.

For months I tried to talk to my husband about not going there. I tried to tell him that he couldn’t take me there.  I really couldn’t explain it to him because I really didn’t know the details myself. I started begging him not to take me to Colorado. I tried talking to friends to have them help me. But no one understood, not even me. In the end he told me, “ I am going back to the states and you are going with me.”  I knew there was no hope, so I did the best I could. I started preparing myself and my family to leave.

The next few months I struggled with this 'knowing',  this 'feeling' that I couldn’t go to Colorado. I didn’t know why I felt this way.  All I knew was my life was going to change and I couldn’t shake this. I was starting to fall apart inside.

After a month in St. Louis visiting family and friends we headed to Colorado. I remember us stopping at a gas station. My husband went in and asked for directions to the army base. I got out of the car and stood there looking around. I said out loud, “God, please don’t do this to me.”

The next three years were unbearable. I really started falling apart. I felt like I was dying inside. I was going through what this world would consider depression. I remember trying to talk to my husband, my friends and my family about how I felt but no one understood. All they would tell me is to go get help. Get some drugs. I felt like I was going to rip my skin off if I didn’t get out of Colorado. I hated it there.

Then the end of 1995, I knew it was time to leave Colorado. I had made it. I didn’t care where we got stationed at as long as I was out of Colorado. I knew if I left there I would be safe again, but then it happened. My husband came home and said, he wanted to stay another year. He and my children loved it here. Everyone was happy but me. I once again started begging him to please not leave me here. He had to get me out of Colorado. I didn’t care where we went I just needed to get out of there. Once again I tried talking to friends and all anyone said to me was, “to go get help.” Get some drugs. Long story short, he came home and said, “We are staying here so get over it.”

I then knew I had to do something with myself. I went to the doctor to get the drugs. That night, I put two pills in my hand and just looked at them. My husband said to me, “Why, won’t you take them?” I looked at him and said, “ Because I will never give you a reason to take my children away from me.” In that very moment I walked over to the toilet and poured the pills down it. That very moment I got strong. Something inside of me changed.

In 1997, I knew it was time to leave my marriage and I went to church and asked God to forgive me for what I am about to do. I left my twenty year marriage. Then things really started happening to me. I would look at my children and I didn’t feel like a mother. I knew they were mine but I had no feeling of it. This devastated me. Then I was changing inside and out. I saw pictures of myself and I didn’t know who was in that picture. I had no idea who it was though I realized it was me. I would go to the gym and see people  moving and breathing but they were all empty shells. it was like seeing dead people.

In 2001, my ex-husband was being stationed in Korea and I knew I had to let my children go with him. I could see that their souls had to leave. I had never been alone in my life and my children were my breath. This was the hardest thing I had ever done and I didn’t understand why but then it really happened.  In 2002 it was like the top of my head opened up and I could see, feel and hear this paradise that we call heaven in my own back yard. I could hear the flowers and trees talk to me. Animals were showing up all over the place and I could hear the messages they wanted to give me. I could feel the purity of love all around me. I lived in this state for over a year. I lived in a bliss state of pure consciousness.

I was isolated during this time; studying and learning from the divine. It was hard to go out to stores and be among people because of the human energy. I was shown the illusion of the world. At first I didn’t understand this. I was angry because I felt God was playing a game with us. I didn’t understand and had no one to speak to about this. More and more things were happening and I didn’t know what was wrong with me. I didn’t understand why I was shown all of this.

In April 2003, I was given a profound message: “I am the angel Elijah. You are to awaken and call forth all other earth angels. You will be guided. We love you. You are the mother of all.”

In May of 2003, my children were coming back home. I felt like I was thrown back over the fence of the human world. I tried sharing this with my family and friends but no one understood. I didn’t know who to be in this world or what to do with what I had just learned. For the next year I struggled to live in both worlds, but I couldn’t. I had to decide which world I wanted to live in and get off the fence. It was a hard decision, for everything I loved so dear was in the human-consciousness world.

Today, I am guided to help others to learn. I do still live a quiet life and stay to myself. It is still hard to be around people due to their energy. My children are older now. They know I don’t believe as they do. They don’t know all of this for they haven’t been open to hearing it.

Last year I wrote and self-published a book about the first part of my life. There are four more books to go with this one. It is called Coming Out Of The Spiritual Closet: Being An Earth Angel.

What I learned over the years is that this New Earth is here and it never left. It is only the sleepiness of the human conscious. It is mind-blowing for people, but now we are able to speak about it so others will understand.

Do you believe in Angels? More than likely, you do  And, you are far from alone. Since the beginning of our time here on earth, people have been “touched” by Angels. There have been uncountable stories and reports and visions of Angels interacting with (saving, rescuing, comforting, guiding) humans.  Today, the numbers of people experiencing and reporting these angelic encounters are increasing exponentially. People from all walks of life --all nations, all cultures, all races, all faiths and all religions--are personally experiencing and believing in Angels.

The real question that I am submitting to you is whether or not you believe  that Angels can be incarnated into human form? What if your mom, partner, or best friend came to you one day and said, “I am an Angel.” How would you react to this?  Would you doubt them? Would you think they finally lost it?

Personally,  I never thought about it until I, through numerous personal experiences and revelations realized that not only can Angels incarnate as human beings, but that I am one of them. Working through my own doubt, confusion, and skepticism, I eventually had to face that, that the fact that I am an Earth Angel, and that I am not alone in this mission. In a time of growing earthly “negatives,” (war, aggression, poverty, etc.), I came to see that a heavenly host (Earth Angels, Indigo Children, Crystal Children etc.) have been sent into the world to offer humanity “positives” (increased faith, trust, devotion, love, etc.).

At first I did not want to face this possibility or  believe in it. Even in this “New Age” of spiritually, it still is easier to tell someone of your sexual preference than it is to express a belief that you are part of  a “New Era” of celestial beings who have chosen to come to earth in order to offer comfort, support, and guidance. I was soon faced with the question, “Now what do I do?”  My answer was to simply share my story (my experiences, my highs and lows, my journey, and my “truth”) and to let you decided for yourself what to think about it. If nothing else, this will allow you to examine the possibility that there are incarnated beings here to help you-- or that you yourself are here as an Earth Angel-- to help others.
