my guest today - Laura Hames - dancer, Certified Franklin Method Instructor, BodyTalk Practitioner, BodyTalk Access Trainer and founder and director of BodyTalk Space at Union Square in New York City. She works with private clients and travels across the country to teach classes and workshops in both Franklin Method and BodyTalk. Laura holds a BA in dance and performance and is also a certified Pilates Instructor.
