It Can't Just Be Me...

Tonight (29 June 2010, 9:00pm CST) we welcome Dr. Stephanie Taylor, Associate Professor of Medicine & Microbiology Section of Infectious Disease at Delgado Personal Health Center in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Taylor will join us in our discussion of the 10 most common Sexually Transmitted Diseases impacting America. Though not necessarily in order of impact, we will look at the following STD's. HPV (human papillomavirus), Gonorrhea, Public Lice (Crabs), Syphilis, Herpes, Chlamydia, HIV, Chancroid, Trichomoniasis, and Hepatitis. We'll discuss facts, symptoms, and treatments. We will also cover ways parents can talk with teens about these diseases, methods of dealing with them mentally, and how to move on if your life is impacted by one of these STD's.
