Representatives from The Museum of Muslim Cultures & Larry Barton join The Empowerment Hour

Saturday, February 14th (6pm EST/5pm CST) - The Empowerment hour welcomes from the International Museum of Muslim Cultures (Jackson, Mississippi). Okolo Rashid Co-founder and Executive Director & Mr. Emad Al-Turk co-founder The International Museum of Muslim Cultures (IMMC), America's first Islamic History and Culture Museum, is host to: The Legacy of Timbuktu Exhibition, co-sponsored by Jackson State University and Tougaloo College, has as its central feature a collection of ancient African manuscripts from the Mamma Haidara Memorial Library in Timbuktu of The Republic of Mali, whose collection of manuscripts is on loan to IMMC.
