Praise God Dwayne that is a powerful blog. Forgiveness is so key. You can not be free until you release the other person or people. God cannot forgive you until you first forgive. So forgiveness is truly for us, because when we refuse to forgive it puts us in bondage to the person who wronged us. We are then handed over to the tormentors when we don't forgive. Like the servant that was released by his master when he begged him to forgive him of the debt. He then in turn found someone that owed him very little in comparison what he was just released of and ordered him to be put into prison, when the master found out about it, he was angry and basically stated that just as I have forgiven you, shouldn't you have done the same and he was thrown in jail and handed over to the tormentors, just a depiction of what happens to us spiritually when we don't forgive. That's why many overeat and do other things that are self-destructive and are even ill, most of the time it is a direct result of unforgiveness.
