Jesus came to set us free from the bondage of sin? Our forefathers in America with God’s inspiration and guidance set us free from the bondage and tyranny of government and of religious intolerance. The rights we have are given to us by our Creator. But right now we are seeing these rights challenged. Is it not the time for Jesus’ followers to wake up, be bold, speak up and take action. If not, we may find ourselves enslaved to the government and wonder what happened. Don’t think it will never happen here. It is already happening. Freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly are all being attacked. Listen to the evidence of this alarming trends. We are not to be paralyzed in fear and silence or lulled into complacency and inaction. It’s time for believers everywhere to shine the light of the gospel of the Kingdom of God and push back the kingdom of darkness.
